Service Agreement
TintxKing provides professional automotive enhancement services, including but not limited to precision window tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating. All services are performed by certified technicians utilizing industrial-grade materials.
Service estimates are based on standard vehicle configurations. Exotic architectures, custom modifications, or pre-existing film removal may incur additional precision surcharges. By commissioning TintxKing, the client acknowledges that window tinting requires a curing period of up to 30 days depending on environmental conditions.
Technical Specification:
All film installations are engineered to meet or exceed manufacturer performance specifications for heat rejection and UV protection.
User Responsibilities
Pre-Service Preparation
- check_circle Vehicles must be delivered in a clean state, free of heavy debris or interior clutter.
- check_circle Notification of any existing glass damage or window motor malfunctions is mandatory.
Post-Service Aftercare
- warning Do not roll down windows for 72 hours following installation.
- warning Use only ammonia-free cleaning agents and soft microfiber textiles.
Intellectual Property
The TintxKing brand, including its logo, typography, proprietary installation techniques, and digital assets, are the exclusive property of TintxKing. Any reproduction or unauthorized use of these assets without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
Client photography taken on-site for promotional purposes remains the property of TintxKing unless otherwise negotiated. We respect the privacy of license plates and personal identification in all public media.
Limitation of Liability
TintxKing warrants its workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle under normal operating conditions. However, our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective materials or re-performance of the service.
TintxKing is not responsible for secondary legal citations regarding window tint darkness levels. Compliance with local automotive regulations is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising from services rendered shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Florida**. All legal proceedings shall be conducted within the competent courts of the local jurisdiction where the service facility is located.
